I’ve been working on getting more sleep for the past 6 months. As a dad, husband, entrepreneur and busy man this is a difficult task. It takes discipline and sacrifice, but in the end it should pay off. My goal is 8 hours; however my target as of late has been off and more like 6.5–7 hours. How much sleep do you get?
